Feel free to contact our support department for any technical questions or bug report at support@alt-soft.com.

We provide professional technical support for our clients. Our managers and key developers directly answer customers' questions consering features of our products and their usage within customer systems. New feature requests are also considered with high priority and will be included into our development plans. Please, note that Altsoft does custom solutions. Even if you have a very specific requirement which doesn't fit the current product development plans you can order the development of this feature or even a unique solution with exclusive rights belonging to you.

The maximum response time for bug reports is three working days. During this period your bug will be reviewed and submitted to the bug tracking system. You will receive information about the date of the next maintenance build with the bug fix and a workaround description (if possible).

All server editions of our products include a year of support. In order to extend a support period please contact our sales department.
