XML2PDF Core — Refund Policy

Digital delivery
XML2PDF Core is delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
The Commercial licence is perpetual. Download links may expire for security reasons, but eligible customers can request replacement access to the version they purchased.

14-day money-back policy
We offer a 14-day refund period for all purchases, including business customers.
Within 14 calendar days of purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason by emailing sales@alt-soft.com.
This policy also applies if you have downloaded the software. You do not need to provide a reason.
We do not require customers to waive an applicable statutory withdrawal right in order to receive immediate digital delivery.

Defective software
If the Commercial software cannot be downloaded or materially fails to perform a documented function, contact support@alt-soft.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a correction, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

How refunds work
Send your request to sales@alt-soft.com using the email address associated with your purchase. Include sufficient information to identify the transaction.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and bank settlement times may vary.
Where a statutory refund deadline applies, it will be observed.

Effect of a refund
When the Commercial licence is refunded, the corresponding licence terminates.
You must stop using and distributing the Commercial software and delete retained package copies, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The free Evaluation edition remains available under its separate terms.
